i found the club room disappointing i paid extra and the bed felt too hard i woke up sore each night the breakfast was relocated to the main restaurant which felt more like a canteen there were long queues

indifferent staff missing information

the reception staff exhibited a distinct lack of warmth. they seemed indifferent to my inquiries upon arrival. the bar staff near the pool were also less than attentive creating a disappointing experience, furthermore the room lacked essential information such as breakfast location. this absence forced me to seek assistance that should have been readily available.

I stayed for four nights. The rooftop pool impressed me. It stayed open until 10 PM. I enjoyed the immaculate condition of my room. The daily cleaning was well done. I found it very convenient to access Tim Hortin's and other bakeries in the shopping center below the hotel.

The breakfast area can get crowded, especially after 9:00, leading to waiting times for a table

the hotel location is excellent. it is right next to the somerset mrt station. the rooftop garden and pool provide a true resort holiday vibe. i found the bed comfy, complete with various pillow choices.

the location was acceptable with train access below.

The room felt small. the modular bathroom was also a disappointment. It felt cheap and was not what i expected from this class of accommodation (i expected better for the price).
